Washing / Treatment

CONTINUOUS WASHER FOR DELICATE PRODUCTS Mod. IBIZA

Machine suitable to wash and treat every delicate products that is recommended not to plunge into the water ( i.e. mushrooms, strawberries, …). The product is carried by a flexible mesh belt, where is reached by adjustable and uniform water jets coming from nozzles that are placed underneath and above the belt. The process water runs in counter flow through the installation. The liquid quantity and the washing time can be easily adjusted. Available with a final drying section incorporated in the unit: a series of air flows allow a gentle drying of the product. The water re-circulation tank and the high-quality pump system can be easily accessed. Draining comes through a large inspection door.
