AUTOMATIC MUSHROOMS TRIMMING MACHINE Mod. TAS-21

Special machine designed for the automatic root and stem cutting with adjustable size of the mechanizable "Champignons de Paris".

The main advantages and features of the machine are :

Fully automated system with high capacity.
Quality of the finished product and uniform mushroom trimming (avoiding the irregular manual cut and the cut on the bed of culture).
Selective feeding system that forwards toward the cut only the correctly positioned mushrooms.
Possibility to easily adjust the trimming with a double cut ("hotel" quality).
Avoiding of manual contamination of the mushrooms.
Easy maintenance and cleaning.
