AUTOMATIC TOP & TAIL / SEGMENT CUTTER Mod. ROBESPIERRE

This machine is suitable to automatically top and tail carrots, zucchini, cucumbers, salsify and several other oblong vegetables and to segment them if required. The top and tail machine is composed by a feeder and a line-up system, both synchronized with the conveyor to the cutting heads. The feeding and aligning speed and the topping thickness are adjustable. If required, an additional cutting unit can be supplied for the product segmentation (that operation is suggested when the process is oriented to make shredded carrots or quartered cucumbers).
